Nashir Ahmed Kushol is a leading young company lawyer and legal expert in Bangladesh, specializing in Civil and Corporate Law. With over ten years of experience, he excels in Company Affairs, Secretarial Services, Merger & Acquisitions, Contract management, Drafting & Submission of Returns at RJSC, Income Tax, VAT, Customs, and Business Setup in Bangladesh. As Founder and Managing Partner of Legal Advice BD, Kushol has provided comprehensive services to over 30 companies, handling diverse legal challenges and executing over 100 Company Incorporations. In 2023, he recovered over 15 million BDT through strategic litigation, and in 2024, he advised on a 2 billion USD transition project from LIBOR to SOFR.
