Money Recovery& Money Suits

In Bangladesh, nowadays to enhance development, people are interested in investing in and setting up new businesses. Eventually, not returning or not repaying debt money becomes a big issue in the business transaction.

A money suit is a suit to recover money from the delinquent within a limited period under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The time limit for filing a suit for recovery of money is three years mentioned in the schedule of the Limitation Act, of 1908.
